Handi Gundi Betta Trek
Handi Gundi Betta is an easy trek yet gives you panoramic views of Ramadeverabetta, Kabbaladurga, and some other hills in the neighborhood. Crossing through trails and farmlands of the village, Handi Gundi Betta is a monolithic hill. The trek trail is defined but still, it is advisable to take a local person along with you and not venture out all by yourself. There were animals sighted in the past. Be extra cautious during the monsoon as it becomes very slippery and mossy. The whole trek takes about 3-4 hours. You can enjoy various locations where the blockbuster movie Sholay was shot. Do not oversight the twin hill named Ram- Lakshman as locals believed to have some Ramayana stories attached to it.
